Entrepreneurship is a vital aspect of the economic development of any country, especially for developing nations where unemployment and poverty remain serious issues [1]. In the context of high unemployment rates, low education levels, and widespread corruption, fostering entrepreneurial thinking among the youth is crucial [1]. By providing key competencies such as creativity, risk management, and problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial thinking significantly increases the value of students from all disciplines in the labor market [2]. Despite the growing popularity of programs aimed at developing entrepreneurial thinking, studies on their long-term impact on youth employment and career trajectories remain limited [3]. This article seeks to fill this gap by analyzing the current state and factors influencing the formation of entrepreneurial thinking among the youth in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The scientific article summarizes the current state of literature on the concept of entrepreneurship, allowing researchers to better understand its origins, roots, and evolution. The author encourages the youth to become entrepreneurs from an early age. Through their efforts, they develop entrepreneurial experience, skills, abilities, and the capacity to address entrepreneurial challenges. The article analyzes the prerequisites for developing entrepreneurial thinking among the youth.
