Digitalization is relevant in the business processes of service organizations, which is expressed in the introduction of digital technologies to improve business efficiency, which implies changes in business processes and even a complete change in the business model of the company as a consequence. Economists and experts in this field note that such changes will affect all companies in the future.
The purpose of this paper is to improve and implement methods of digitalization of business processes in educational centers to optimize business processes, to increase the productivity of the company and improve interaction with customers.
In this paper, the authors studied the essence of digitalization of education, investigated the use of telegram bots for business processes in educational centers.
The study identified the main modern tools for effective modeling of business processes of companies. The use of these tools can improve the efficiency and competitiveness of business processes, as well as the overall efficiency of the company's activities in the market in the conditions of digitalization. As part of this work, a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of modeling the company's business processes in the context of digitalization was developed.
