The article discusses the features of the use of mechatronic systems in the automation of technological processes. A complex of robotic devices of telecommunication equipment was chosen as the object of research. Considering the fact that the field of radio electronics and telecommunications has been actively developing in the last decade, there is a need to systematize methods for designing and modeling complex objects. The analysis of the main trends in the field of metrological support of robotic devices is given.
Research in the field of automation of technological processes represents a whole complex of interrelated tasks, including both technical devices and application software packages. Both control systems and control and diagnostic systems are considered as technical devices.
The relevance of the analyzed topic is determined by the fact that studies of various robotic systems allow us to assert that all these robotic systems have practically the same algorithm of construction. This makes it possible to create a generalized model of a complex of mechatronic systems, on the basis of which it is possible to develop and implement the processes of processing, transformation and storage of information.
The article also pays attention to the issues of mechatronic systems software. It is necessary to understand that depending on the level of complexity of the object under study, one or another package of application programs will be used to automate technological processes.
