One of the most common forms of mountain pressure is the destruction of the surrounding mining massif. It can cover a significant area of the massif, as a result of which a part of the destroyed rocks collapses under its own weight into the mine. With a small size of the fracture area, the rock pressure manifests itself in the loss of individual pieces of rock. Another form of its manifestation is the deformation of the production contour observed during operation. Most often, both forms of manifestations are observed simultaneously, while the most dangerous forms are dynamic: shooting" of rocks that break down brittle, characteristic of strong rocks, sudden emissions and mountain impacts. Under prolonged loads at great depths of development, the contoured rocks pass from the elastic loading mode to the inelastic deformation stage. At this stage, the integrity of the array is violated, microdefects appear, which later develop into macrofractures. Due to the increase in these deformations (dilatancy), the volume of rocks increases, the value of which is an order of magnitude greater than the displacements caused by elastic deformations. The modeling of the predicted displacements of the production contour is carried out taking into account the experimentally obtained data.
