TECHNOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION AND INDUSTRIAL POLICY IN THE PERIOD OF KAZAKHSTAN MODERNIZATION 3.0

The article proposes a relevant topic due to the development and effectiveness of the implementation of industrial policy instruments of the Republic of Kazakhstan, used in the country’s economic modernization program 3.0. The analysis, assessment of the feasibility and effectiveness of the tools and mechanisms used to stimulate and support enterprises of the industrial sector are considered in terms of their compliance with the methodology and principles of modernization. The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Industrial Policy” is considered as the main instrument of industrial policy. Conclusions are made about the presence of systemic inconsistencies that may lead to undesirable deviations from the planned scenario.
