ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT STATE OF THE ECONOMY OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF KAZAKHSTAN AND MEASURES OF STATE SUPPORT

Analyzing the economic policy in the field of agro-industrial complex, the authors studied the main directions and priorities of state support for the agricultural sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The analysis of the current state and trends in the development of the industry is carried out. Measures to implement the agro-industrial policy of Kazakhstan are considered. The prospects for resolving the issues that have arisen are reflected in the framework of medium- and long-term state programs implemented for the agricultural sector of the republic. The basic principles of state support for agriculture were considered as the most important sector of the national economy. The methods and forms of state support of the agro-industrial complex are analyzed, in which special attention is paid to state preferential subsidies and crediting of subjects of the agro-industrial complex. According to the results of the scientific research, conclusions are drawn about the importance of state regulation of the agricultural sector of the country to ensure reliable food security, increase the efficiency of domestic agricultural products in the domestic and foreign markets on the basis of innovative development, expansion of the entrepreneurship system, increase the investment attractiveness of the industry, create a favorable environment for the financial stability of producers. Agrarian policy is part of the economic policy of the state.
