The article investigates the n-chamber pharmacokinetic model described by ordinary differential equations. Based on the reduction of the model under consideration to the Volterra integral equation of the second kind, an analytical form of its solution is obtained. Based on the application of computer algebra, a constructive algorithm for solving the inverse problem of pharmacokinetics has been developed. Developed software on MatLab. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated on a model problem.
